Net at Work Acquires Eide Bailly's Sage Practice

I've been hearing Eide Bailly was exiting the Sage market since last month. The only semi-mystery was who they would sell their Sage practice to.

Since Eide Bailly is a CPA firm and they had a Sage 500 practice that means that the acquirer most likely would not be a CPA firm ( or related ) - sorry RKL. And that anyone acquiring the practice would need to also support Sage 500.

Now we know from today's press release that the acquirer was Net at Work. No details on how much money traded hands. Since Sage 100 and 500 are both legacy products with limited R&D expenditures by the publisher it's possible this was a low money / percentage of future revenue type deal.

Sage NA CFO Judy Romano Clocks Out After a Year

Linkedin shows that Judy Romano ( Linkedin ) who was CFO for Sage North America for a little over a year has moved along and joined Gartner as Vice President, Executive Partner CFO Practice.

Romano was notable in her role for lengthy detailed and well written Linkedin posts she made documenting many of their activities at Sage. These posts trickled off in the past few months leading me to wonder if she had left Sage. No word on who her replacement is ( at last none that I could find on Linkedin).
