You’ve taken the mandatory PRR Skillsoft training. You know it is your responsibility to check things out. Get the specifics on what to do when someone brings you a concern: how to conduct an inquiry; what to do if it is false; what to do if it is true; how to use informal responses, education, and remedial measures to address unprofessional conduct; and when to use sanctions.
