MEMBER WIZARD HELP IS AVAILABLE

We plan on making our new membership system live on Tuesday, 15 November. Once the system is live you will then be able to renew your membership online through the membership tab on our website using your credit card or by direct deposit. Please be reassured that we do not store your credit card details.
 
When you renew you will also be able to review and update online all your contact details, emergency contact and special needs without having to enter it all again.
 
From Monday, 21 November you will also be able to select and enrol in classes for next year. We have many exciting new classes including croquet, pickleball, dancing, Australian flora, the night sky, macrame and strategic joy (all about peace and wellbeing in retirement)
 
WE ARE HERE TO HELP YOU!
If you are unsure about renewing online at home you can come into the Office, between 9am and 12 midday, Monday to Friday from 15 November onwards and we will help you. (Don’t forget to bring your email address and password or the phone/laptop/tablet or iPad that you use for emails)
 
We are also holding a series of short 20 minute tutorials next week to show you how to renew online. These tutorials are free and will be held in the Meeting Activity Room at Kirra Community Centre. No need to book – just turn up at a time that suits you:
