Develop Your Leadership Skills
with Community Leaders

Traverse Connect's Community Mentoring program is returning in February 2023. Using a strengths-based model, participants will be matched one-on-one with community leaders for a four-month, cohort-based program to pursue their career and leadership goals.

"I strongly recommend the Community Mentoring program," says Operations Partner at Mawby Sparkling Wines, Peter Laing. "I went through as a mentee this year and definitely gained some insight, as well as the confidence, to move forward in some of the areas where I felt like I was struggling a little bit as a leader in our business."

Meet this year's 12 Community Mentors, and apply by this Friday, November 18.
