We love this time of the year! We have much for which to be grateful. Especially because many of our alumni are spending the holidays with their loved-ones for the first time in many years. But, what does this have to do with 20 for 20?

OMG! Let me tell you! We are super excited to announce an amazing opportunity that has caught us completely by surprise. Kindway has been selected to receive a matching grant through which FIRST-TIME donor gifts will be matched through our 20 for 20 campaign. If you or someone you know has been thinking of supporting Kindway for the first time, this could be your perfect opportunity to maximize a gift. 

So, a few weeks ago, our dear friends and consultants Wally and Anne at Mission Increase were approached by an anonymous donor who wanted to invest into five ministries involved with discipleship. Our friends recommended Kindway, we applied, and were accepted. The grant of $10,000 was gifted to ministries that would leverage the gift as a match for new donors.

As we were planning how to roll out this campaign, two other families close to Kindway heard about it and decided they wanted to increase the matching amount to $20,000! WHAT?! Yup! God is definitely moving hearts in big ways to support His work through Kindway. 

Because of the generosity of these donors, Kindway will receive up to $20,000 for every dollar gifted from first-time individual, church, or corporate donors. What this means is any gift of $100 turns into $200. A gift of $10 becomes $20. And if you give $1,000,000, well we only get $20,000, but hey, that's an extra $20k, and that's a lot!

Now you understand why we are so grateful. At Kindway, the blessing is in the service and we thank God for all who serve the Lord through our ministry offering their time, networks, and resources so that we may continue giving access to the Body of Christ to the prison mission field and so that many more may return home to spend the holidays with their loved ones.
