Bonnie Maldonado receives 2023 American Pediatric Society (APS) John Howland Award
Congratulations to Yvonne (Bonnie) Maldonado, MD, for being named the 2023 APS John Howland Award recipient, the highest honor bestowed by the APS. The prestigious award signifies the society’s recognition of Dr. Maldonado for her significant contributions to advancing child health and the profession of pediatrics. Read more.

Now accepting applications for Stanford Population Health Summer Research Program
Applications are open for the Stanford Population Health Summer Research Program: Advancing Health Equity and Diversity (AHEaD). This program provides training and experience in population health research for college students who are from underrepresented and historically excluded groups in the health sciences.

Active Threat Presentation
Wednesday, Nov. 16 | 1:00 - 2:15 p.m.
E&PH will be hosting an active threat presentation by the Stanford Department of Public Safety on Wednesday, Nov. 16 from 1:00 - 2:15 in Alway conference room M121Q and Zoom.
The presentation will include case studies on past incidents, how to respond to a threat and additional resources.

Winter Quarter enrollment opens December 1 at 9:00 p.m. Zoom drop-in hours are available for individuals who need help selecting courses or have questions about degree requirements, autumn graduation status, funding, admission process, academic policies, etc.
