This year we have 350 Recipients on the JPJF Giving Tree. Go to www.JPJumPersFoundation NOW and complete the GIVER COMMITMENT FORM to choosing a name from the JPJF Giving Tree. Completing the form is a commitment to choose a name(s) from the JPJF Giving Tree. GIVERS are required to give a Gift Card from the recipient gift list in the amount of $25 or more. You will receive an email close to the Live Launch date with your recipient information. On November 19th, this form will close and the actual ornaments will go LIVE. This means you can go through the recipient ornaments and choose them yourself. Otherwise we will choose a recipient for you and send you their information. Thanks for "JumPing In".
Join us for the 2022 JPJF Giving Tree Live Launch on Saturday, November 19th, 2022 from 12p-4p at C&G Luxury Candles, (9200 Stony Point Pkwy, Suite 114, Richmond, VA 23235). You park and enter Stony Point by PF Chang's near the gold horse, then turn right at the sitting area and the store will be on your right. You can also join us virtually on our JPJF YouTube Channel where we will give updates of how many names are left. All of the tree recipients have special needs; boys, girls, men, women and Spanish speaking recipients allows lots of variety. Again, we have 350 names on the tree. The youngest recipient is 1yr old, while the oldest is 79yrs old.
During this you can choose a name from the tree in-person or virtually. The HILARIOUS Kimberly Fox Knight will be hosting again along with the one and only JP Mines (who the foundation is named after), Marcus Jerome Logan Sr. aka DJ MJ will provide the music and as a community, you all will choose the names!! Throughout the day and leading up to the Live Launch event you will see videos and pictures promoting the event and what the JPJF does for the special needs community.
The goal is to have #NoNamesLeft at the end of this event. The commitment form is open NOW so you can get a head start on receiving a name, which means if you are not able to attend the Live Launch virtually or in-person, you can still get a name off the tree. Again this year is a Gift Card ONLY Event. We are looking forward to our 10yr anniversary next year when we will be back in person.
HISTORY:
Since starting this program in 2013, the JPJF has given away thousands of gifts and blessed hundreds of families. We started with 23 names our first year, last year we had 300 names, and this year we have 350 names on the tree. Every year we have #NoNamesLeft on the Giving Tree; help us do it again this year.
HOW TO CHOOSE A NAME (on-line or by phone):
To choose a name from the JPJF Giving Tree before the Live Launch or during our JPJF Live Launch on Saturday, November 19th, 12p-4p, simply go to www.JPJumPersFoundation.org and follow the instructions on the website. If you are having issues, feel free to email us at info@JPJumPersFoundation.org. If you don't have internet access, you can choose a name via phone with one of our volunteers by calling 804-621-5885. Please choose a name from the tree.
GIVER REQUIREMENTS:
The Giver is ONLY required to get one gift card that has a value of at least $25. You only have to get one gift card, but are encouraged to get more if you choose with different monetary values. When you choose a name, be sure to read the "about me" section on the ornaments and learn more about the individual and who they are, not just their diagnosis.
