FETTERMAN ANNOUNCES TRANSITION CO-CHAIRS

Braddock, PA --  Senator-Elect John Fetterman today announced that Adam Jentleson and Kristen Gentile will co-chair his transition committee.

Jentleson, a former Deputy Chief of Staff to Majority Leader Harry Reid, and Gentile, Chief of Staff to Senator Bob Casey, will help Senator-elect Fetterman fill out his Washington and Pennsylvania offices.

“It’s no secret that I am new to Washington DC, but with the help of Senate veterans Adam and Kristen, I am certain we will be ready to serve the people of Pennsylvania and have an impact in what will be an exciting and challenging time,” said Fetterman.

Gentile has worked in the Senate since 2002, holding various positions in the offices of Senators Mark Dayton, Sherrod Brown, and Bob Casey.  As Senator Casey’s Chief of Staff, she leads a diverse staff of over 70 people and oversees the day-to-day operations of eight Senate offices.  In 2007, she helped ensure Senator Casey’s smooth transition into the Senate, serving as one of his senior advisors on the establishment, location, and staffing of the Washington, DC office and seven state offices across the Commonwealth.

Jentleson has nearly twenty years of experience in politics and advocacy. He held several positions with former Senate Democratic Leader Harry Reid, including Deputy Chief of Staff. He is the author of Kill Switch: The Rise of the Modern Senate and the Crippling of American Democracy.
