MEMBER WIZARD IS NOW LIVE
 You can now renew your membership online and win a prize! Each week for the next 4 weeks one lucky member who renews during that week will be randomly selected to win a bottle of sparkling wine.
- Go to the Membership tab on our website and read the information before clicking the RENEW button.
- This link will take you to the Renew Your Membership window where you will need to key in your email address. This is to ensure that nobody else can change your membership record.
- Open your email and look for an email from U3A Southern Gold Coast with the subject, Membership Renewal. Open this email.
- In the email click the link Click here to pay your subscription or change your contact details.
- This link takes you to the Please Pay Your Subscription Here window. Click on the Edit Contact Details button and check that your information is complete and correct.
- Amend your details where necessary and then click the Save button at the bottom of the screen to return to the payment window.
- You must now check the box to confirm that your Contact Details are correct. Now you can select the Click Here to Pay button.
- After entering your Credit Card details you can click the PAY button. You will be advised that your payment is being processed. When complete, you will be able to print your receipt. You should then close the payment window. You will also be sent a receipt via email.
- Direct Deposit is not available for the time being.

If you are unsure about renewing online at home you can come into the Office, between 9am and 12 midday, Monday to Friday and we will help you. (Don’t forget to bring your email address and password or the phone/laptop/tablet or iPad that you use for emails)
We are also holding a series of short 20 minute tutorials next week to show you how to renew online. These tutorials are free and will be held in the Meeting Activity Room at Kirra Community Centre. No need to book – just turn up at a time that suits you:
