A Season to Give
In Advent we are reminded of the gifts that Jesus gives us – the gifts of hope, love, joy, and peace. The gift of Jesus also compels us to give generously to others so that they might experience the gifts of Jesus too. There’s a variety of ways you can give generously this Advent season.
- Bring a donation to Fusion of hats, packaged underwear, gloves, scarves, and packaged socks for the Salvation Army and the Mitchell Caring Closet. (Collecting through Dec. 14)
- Give of your time by joining a crew from Fusion playing board games with the girls at the Abbott House on December 18th from 2-3:30pm (RSVP to trevor@mitchellfusion.com for more details)
- Make a plan to give to our Christmas Eve offering to pay off school lunch debt. Students in the Mitchell school district have over $1,500 in school lunch debt. Together we plan to pay off as much of that debt as we can through donations to our Christmas Eve offering.

Join us for Community Lunch event this Sunday, December 4th after our 10:00 Fusion Service. Lunch will be served upstairs in the DWU Cafeteria. We hope you can join us for a time of fellowship together!

HUGS
DWU's Campus Ministry team is promoting HUGS (Hats, Packaged Underwear, Gloves, Scarves, and Packaged Socks) this Christmas season.
Items/packages can be placed outside of Campus Ministry Office (Pastor Eric Van Meter & Pastor Denise Van Meter's office) in Rollins Center attached to Sherman Center (Fusion Church sanctuary).
Collections will happen through December 14th!
