Reminder: Attending and voting at the 41st AIOH AGM
All Members should have received an email from Vero Voting on Friday 25th November 2022, which outlines the process for registering, attending and voting at the 41st AIOH AGM.
Here are some reminders:
- The AGM will start 16:30 in Brisbane (AEST), Tuesday 6th December, 2022. The AGM will be recorded.
- All members are encouraged to participate at the AGM but please note that the Rules and Statement of Purpose restricts voting to Full and Fellow (including Retired Full and Fellow) Members in good standing
- Vero Voting, an independent voting service, will be the Returning Officer on behalf of the AIOH.
- Please register prior to the AGM using your unique Vero link and choose the appropriate option:
- In-Person: If attending in person, bring your device to vote (Note: video stream will be disabled). Please arrive early to be seated and to test your connectivity
- Online: Those attending online will have video streaming activated
- Not attending: Here you have the option to nominate proxies
- Contact Vero directly if you have trouble registering or you did not receive a link (details below)

Vero voting is an independent voting and meeting service appointed by Australian Institute of Occupational Hygienists (AIOH) to manage and host the Annual General Meeting - Australian Institute of Occupational Hygienists via the Vero meeting Portal.
The Annual General Meeting - Australian Institute of Occupational Hygienists will be held online - Tuesday 6th December, 2022 4:30pm AEST
