Christmas is a special time of the year, and we hope you enjoy the festive season, whatever your plans are. 

It can be a difficult time of year for many, especially when someone you love has passed away. It might be your first Christmas without them or when you particularly feel their absence.

If you are looking for a way to remember a loved one this Christmas, we have shared two lovely ways to pay tribute to them while supporting our vital cancer prevention work in their memory. 

Since 1982, we’ve been working relentlessly to understand the complex relationships between cancer and lifestyle factors such as our diet and weight. 

We will continue researching and sharing our lifesaving findings with our supporters, health professionals and the general public so that people can make informed choices to finally defeat preventable cancers once and for all. Until that day comes, World Cancer Research Fund will continue, with the help of its supporters, to lead the charge on behalf of everyone in society.
