Grab your gear - it's time to hit the slopes!

'Tis the skison!

We'll just cut straight to the topic that's on everyone's mind...SNOW! You want it and we've got it. Downtown Sandpoint and Schweitzer Mountain already have enough snow to make any powder head dizzy with pleasure at 67" reported for the season already! Schweitzer has 200 acres open and the beginning of December promises to deliver even more snow as the days go by. Grab your gear and hit the slopes!
Now, December isn't alllll about the snow (just mostly), so Sandpoint has some fun, family-friendly, and festive events planned throughout the month! Check out the Winter Faire & Children's Festival at the Heartwood Center on December 3 for handmade gifts, crafts, treats, and more! Peruse the BGH Volunteer Council's Annual Parade of Trees on December 5-8 and enjoy all of the live music your happy holiday heart could want all across downtown Sandpoint.
Happy Holidays! We'll see you in Sandpoint.
