Competition deadlines and costs
To compete with Washington TSA, your chapter must be affiliated, and student names entered.

Feb. 13-17, 2023 State Conference registration week $400 per student

Apr. 14, 2023 Duplicate plaque orders due

Competition registration details
If you are planning to attend/compete at the 2023 Washington TSA State Conference, all students must be registered for competition by Dec. 31, 2022. One advisor must be registered with each chapter as well, but will not pay a fee at that point.
Students must ALSO meet the Jan. 19 virtual qualifier deadline.
In most events, students will receive judge feedback 2 weeks after the January deadline, and can use that feedback to improve their entry prior to the state conference.
For events where the Jan. qualifier is a test, advisors will be provided with test answers on Jan. 20.
Some events will just be a check-off, to confirm that students are making progress on their entry (a working robot, a test flight video, etc).
A handful of events do not need a qualifier, and advisors can add students to those events during state conference registration. See individual web pages for more details.

Do you still need to affiliate with TSA for the year?
Confirm your level of affiliation - Red (10+1), White (11 to 35), Blue (unlimited)
"Graduate" all students
If you know they are gone, select "drop" or "keep"
If they graduated, or moved from MS to HS, you can select that option.
Confirm all of your chapter and advisor information and addresses, by selecting the red tabs.
When you are done, select the Members tab.
Make sure all student names are entered, and selected (with the little checkboxes)
Select the red Submit Membership button.
This will bring up your invoice.
If you scroll down, you can pay now with a credit card, get the link to pay later, or print the invoice to pay with a check/PO.
To locate the invoice again, go to the Invoices and Payments tab.
WTSA has a Discord Server!
The Discord server is for members and advisors to communicate with the officer team and collaborate with each other, as well as asking competitive event questions.
The server is open to all TSA members in Washington State, and available NOW!
