CEOS, CNOs, CFOs, Nurse Recruiters-Do you need nurses now? HEMACS is excited to be working with a Nurse Recruitment FIRM that recruits Nurses (and Physical Therapists) from abroad. Currently we have RNs and PTs available from Canada quickly and RNs available from the Philippines, but on a longer timeframe, both as a long term solution for the staffing shortages. The affiliate FIRM is a nurse-run international nurse recruiting agency made up of expert immigration lawyers, credentialing and certification teams. The FIRM is only about the long-term solution. The focus is building the workforce diversity and eliminating the need for contract labor. The contract lengths start at 2+ years with option to retain as they can eventually become citizens. The FIRM is accredited as a legal entity in the US through the Philippines Overseas Employment Administration. They also offer a two-year replacement guarantee as they are confident in the quality of nurses that they recruit from abroad should the candidate not be the right fit for the your facility. They can recruit as low as 5-10 nurses for rural facilities to as many as 100-200 nurses for large hospitals or systems. Please contact me if interested: Arthur Smith hemacs@yahoo.com   or call me at 913-484-8991.
