On Tuesday, the Liberal government proposed an amendment under Bill C-21 that would effectively prohibit any centre-fire semi-automatic firearm capable of accepting a detachable magazine, along with many others.

CSAAA is analyzing the new amendments presented this week in SECU while working closely with various other groups and organizations as well as politicians.

We are devastated by the constant and continuous attacks on this licensed and highly regulated industry, and we are pleading that the government consider the 17,000+ jobs we stand to lose.
