Concert Band Uniform Update

Most students have been fitted for concert band uniforms and should have brought them home. For concerts, students will wear the uniform they were given -- either a tux with the tux shirt (being ordered), or the dress. Students should wear black dress shoes. If your student does not own black dress shoes, they may wear their drillmasters.

Please ask your student if their dress or pants need to be hemmed. They can be hemmed at home or taken to a tailor.

  • Do not alter the jackets.
  • Do not cut fabric off the uniforms.
  • Do not use fusible web (stitch witchery) or other adhesive to alter the uniform.
  • Always use black thread.

If you are unable to hem the uniforms at home or take to a tailor, please reach out to the uniform team at the email below, and we can help!

The uniform team is ordering tux shirts which will be sent home before the next concert. There is a small fee for these -- more details to come on payment.

The uniform team still needs one more volunteer for the team next year -- preferably someone with daytime flexibility. If you can help, please contact the current uniform team.

Fundraising Volunteer Opportunities

We have several fundraising opportunities throughout the year and WE NEED YOUR HELP managing them. Please consider leading or helping with:

Family Night Out -- coordinate fun family evenings out at local restaurants and businesses. The Boosters receive a percentage of the sales.

Wreaths Across America -- coordinate a Wreaths Across America fundraiser. We raise money to buy wreaths for veterans graves and ⅓ of the money raised goes to the Boosters. It’s a fundraiser and a service project!
