Annual membership renewals

Completion of your SVMA renewal and payment of account is to be completed by November 30^th , 2022.
Late fees will apply to all incomplete or un-paid accounts.

 
Continuing Education
 
There have been no changes to the required CE for veterinarians and veterinary technologists. Complete your 2022 CE documentation as you have done in previous years as per your reporting cycle.
Refer to the SVMA CE Standards and Operational Policy ( https://svma.sk.ca/wp-content/uploads/2022/03/2022-CE-standards-and-operational-policies-March-2022.pdf) if you have any questions regarding what may be counted as CE.
 
The deadline for logging your CE hours is December 31, 2022.
 
Please remember that you are able to log your acquired CE throughout the year SVMA via your on-line member portal, not just at the time of your annual renewal.
 
 
*** Membership renewals are due November 30th and continued education is due December 31^st so reporting your CE should not prevent you from completing your renewal***

Key Points to remember when accessing your SVMA on-line renewal:
 

1. After 3 attempts to log into the SVMA member portal, your account will be locked. You will have to contact the SVMA during regular business hours to have your account unlocked.
2. Your security question answers  are case sensitive – if you aren’t successful in 2 attempts, have a password reset emailed to you and you can redo your security questions/answer (remember to check your spam/junk folder if the email does not appear)

 
** The SVMA online classroom and SVMA member portal are two separate programs. They are not the same login unless you made the same password for both. Your CE is not automatically logged into your SVMA member portal if you completed a course in the online classroom.
