It's back again this year! When our guests spend $25 on Gift Cards they will receice $5 in Turtle Bucks. If they spend $100 on Gift Cards they will receive $30 in Turtle Bucks, which is a $10 bonus!
Turtle Bucks are redeemable from January 1st - February 28th, 2023 which makes this a great way to capitalize on future sales! We should be mentioning this promotion to each of our guests as they can accomplish some holiday shopping while they eat or enjoy a beer. Please ensure posters are hanging and the whole staff is aware of this promotion.

Holiday Security Reminders
During the holiday season it is important to be aware of our surroundings. Please do everything you can to keep you and your teams safe.
INFORM YOUR STAFF. Make sure they know how important it is to give up the money and not attempt to capture the culprits or thwart the robbery.
DO NOT FLAUNT cash, tips, or bank deposit bags in front of customers or other employees unless they have banking responsibilities.
MAKE DEPOSITS during daylight hours.
MAKE SURE YOUR ALARM SYSTEM is activated at night.
PLACE ALL YOUR CASH in a safe at night. Do not share the combination.
DO NOT COUNT CASH in the open after closing, even if the doors are locked. Bartenders have a very bad habit of cashing out at night while sitting at the bar. This is an invitation to steal.
KEEP BACK DOORS closed and locked.
NEVER LEAVE THE BUILDING ALONE AT NIGHT. Use the buddy system.
Manager Referral Bonus
TGTFC is paying out a $2500 manager referral bonus for any manager that is hired in a corporate location and maintains employment for 45 days.
