All of us at the National Center for Teacher Residencies (NCTR) are so grateful for the role you’ve played in contributing to the teacher residency movement.
In 2021-2022, more than 2,000 teacher residents were recruited and prepared by our teacher residency partner programs, with 57% of teacher residents identifying as a person of color -- surpassing the national average. Since our founding in 2007, more than 395,000 students have benefitted from being taught by a graduate of one of our Network teacher residency programs.
Together, we have accomplished so much in support of the teacher residency movement.
