When you give to your neighborhood, your neighborhood gives back to you!
Thank you to those who donated on Give to the Max Day 2022! While GTMD is over, Giving Tuesday is still a great opportunity for tax-deductible giving to your neighborhood organization, and donations are greatly appreciated any time!
We're honored to be able to serve Southeast Como community by hosting fun community-building events, improving green spaces, and connecting neighbors to one-another! Continuing that work and expanding our reach to better benefit our neighbors, though, requires plenty of SECIA staff hours and planning. For us to be able to keep up the work we do, we need help from neighbors like you!
Giving Tuesday is the Tueday after Thanksgiving, and represents a global movement of giving to non-profit organizations! This event and this time of year are great opportunities to support non-profits doing good work in your community such as SECIA!
Donations of any size make a huge difference in our ability to serve the neighborhood community. With City budget cuts to neighborhood organizations accross the board likely to have a large impact on our funding, individual contributions from neighbors like you are especially important!

SECIA is the neighborhood association representing the Como neighborhood in Southeast Minneapolis. SECIA is one of Minneapolis' 81 neighborhoods that receives support and funding via the Neighborhood Revitalization Program (NRP), now Neighborhood and Community Relations (NCR).
