This lecture provided a deeper understanding of how Christians can further the quest for acceptance, equality, justice, and peace among people of all faiths in Israel and Palestine. Sami El-Yousef, the chief executive officer of the Latin Patriarchate of Jerusalem, spoke about the presence, aspirations, challenges, and contributions of the church and its institutions, with a focus on the Catholic Church.
