KAMG Group Night

There is no Group Night in December - the next one will be on Thursday 26th January, when there will be a talk by Mental Health Motorbike (via Zoom)

Motorcycle clothing safety standards

BikeSocial say there are some within the industry that don’t want riders to have the freedom to choose the safest possible motorcycle kit. Click here to read their report.

Crash dummies on bikes

Euro NCAP say that crash avoidance testing of automated cars will include motorcycles from 2023. Given that two motorcyclists are reported to having been killed in separate incidents by Tesla autonomous cars failing to notice them, it's about time!  Click here to learn more.

Don't drink and drive

It shouldn't need saying, but of course it goes on - and especially at this festive time of year. Durham Police have released bodycam footage illustrating the problem as part of the National campaign to clamp down on drink-driving. Click here for the video.

All I want for Christmas is ewe

EDZ Layering is offering KAMG members a 10% discount across its range of Merino wool clothing, including sale and multi-buy items. Just type in discount code KAMG-10 at the checkout. Click here to visit their web site.

KAMG needs YOU

We are always looking for fresh input. Currently we are particularly looking for help with Green Badge Holders and Observers to help plan and run KAMG social and training runs when they resume.

Please contact Tina Underwood or Joe Mair if you can help.

We want to hear about your days out, reviews, tips and motorcycle related activities so we can let others know. And if you are organising an activity and want it publicised, please email the KAMG web site and e-News editor: niels@powdermillstudio.co.uk
