Brightest Year Ever!

As we close out 2022 we have so much to be thankful for. Our mentees, mentors,  board, staff, funders, donors and team of dedicated volunteers... our community! We have grown substantially and are now proud to be providing services to any returned citizen and their family in Washtenaw county who seek assistance and engagement. Our staff has grown from 2 to 5 people. We have successfully created a Professional Reentry Peer Mentor position to create a career path that the formerly incarcerated can use to develop the skills they need to advance their own professional careers, and to help others coming home.  

So again, thank you, to all our supporters and funders. Without your support we could not have near the impact we do and A Brighter Way would not be nearly as bright!

We sincerely appreciate year end donations. These private donations enable us to assist our mentees with direct services for things that may be integral to success but not covered under grant funding.
