Attention:
Currently we are short of both skipper and crew for the mark boat this Saturday.

There are also vacancies on 17/12/22 that need filled to allow racing to go ahead.

Lasers will be going out to do some informal training (short course race practice) and all classes are welcome to participate.
Why not book a club Laser for the session!
Three rigs are available and there is lots of support from experienced Laser sailors.

Cairn Curran Regatta

The annual Cairn Curran Regatta was held over the weekend and true to form, was a most enjoyable weekend.
We're not sure if it was the waterfront camping, the great Saturday night dinner at the club or the thrill of lake sailing. The Geelong contingent consisted of three Fireballs and three Cadets along with Holly and Seb in a borrowed Pacer. Saturday was challenging with big gusts and big shifts and a busy race course. Lighter winds on Sunday brought a bit relief but kept everyone on their toes looking for opportunities and trying to recover from wrong decisions.
