In the December newsletter we’ll share the accomplishments of our Lydiard trained Team Running Niche folks. We had a little get together early in November to wish them all well and good luck in their fall races. Lydiard Training Info Session
We'll be announcing one last Lydiard Training info session for early December. If you plan on running one of the races on GO! St. Louis Marathon Weekend and are interested in a training plan you may want to attend this session. In concert with GO! St. Louis and Running Niche, Lydiard training will be the official training plans of Marathon Weekend. We’ll take you through Lydiard basics, answer questions and a representative of GO! St. Louis will be on hand as well to take Q&A. Watch our social media for the event date.

Group Runs 
No group run on Nov. 23, Thanksgiving evening. We’ll also be closing at 3 PM that day. Join us every Wednesday at 6:30 for a 3-mile group social run/walk. Every 2nd Wednesday of the month will be our “Beer Run”, with our cooler ready to go after the run for some social time. All paces are welcome, runners and walkers.
