Hydro's Helpers!

Green Bay Metro Fire Department and Green Bay Water Utility are re-launching the “HYDRO’S HELPERS” program that will have children lending a hand to the fire department during the winter season. Children pick a fire hydrant near their home and pledge to keep it free of snow during the winter months. Kayak Launch Removed for Season

The ADA kayak launch located at the Manderly Way trailhead on the East River has been removed for the season. The launch will be reinstalled in Spring when weather allows. The kayak launch was first installed in 2016 and was fully funded through grants from the WDNR Knowles-Nelson Stewardship Program and the Department of Administration's Wisconsin Coastal Management Program and NOAA. The kayak launch offers those of varying abilities to easily access the East River.
Winter Parking Restrictions

The Village does not allow parking on any Village street from 2:00am to 6:00am, November 1st - April 1st. This restriction allows for our plow operators to safely and efficiently push snow back from the curb/shoulder. The Village of Bellevue also has the authority to declare a Snow Emergency to prohibit parking on all Village streets during a specified time frame. This can be expected during times of significant snowfall. Notice of a Snow Emergency will be published on the Village website and other local media outlets.
