I have just been made aware that many of you have not been reimbursed for the Chronic Disease Academy, and I sincerely apologize for this extraordinary delay.
We recognize it has taken several months for you to receive your reimbursement. Our Finance Department has been in transition and is in a rebuilding phase for staff.
We are processing your Chronic Disease Academy reimbursement as soon as possible.
Please know that we remain financially sound and secure, and the delay is due to an unusually heavy volume of invoices.
We acknowledge that the wait has been inconvenient, and we are taking important measures to improve our customer service, communication, and most importantly, response times.
