100+ employees have expanded pay data reporting requirements to include median and mean rates.

REMINDERS for ALL Employers:
Provide employees “Pay Scale” for their position upon request.
Provide applicants “Pay Scale” for the position they are applying for upon request.
Wage ranges and job titles accurately maintained for records retention requirements.

*Pay Scale Defined: The salary or hourly wage range the employer “reasonably” expects to pay.

New Free rides to your non-emergency appointment: For education, housing, employment, health, or food transportation needs you can text 831-316-4310 for a free ride code.

The Board of Supervisors created the OR3 n December 2020.to improve our community’s emergency response, elevate our disaster awareness, and prepare for increases in extreme weather due to climate change.  It goes beyond traditional emergency operations to create a full-service division to help our community prepare for disasters, respond during emergencies, and assist with recovery.
The Santa Cruz County Long Term Recovery Group is a collaboration of nonprofit, faith-based, local, state and national organizations that work together to share information and resources to help address the needs of individuals and families affected by the CZU Lightning Complex Fires, ONLY. Timely updates can be found on their Facebook Page
