The Adventure Continues 

In just a few days people will celebrate a day some call "Turkey Day". People will eat too much, play or watch some football, and sleep. We don't know about others, but at our house we call it Thanksgiving. We certainly have much to be thankful for, beginning with the free gift of eternal life through Jesus Christ, and we continue to marvel at how God continues to watch over us even as the world around us seems to have lost its mind.

Last time we gave you a list of upcoming trips we had on our calendar. Of the six on the list, we went to four. One we missed was in Orlando because of the pesky hurricane that insisted on showing up at the same time. You may remember that flights were cancelled, and the Orlando airport was basically closed down.

In our ministry, with our new GlobalGrace CEO firmly in the saddle, we are moving forward to improve our service to our missionaries on the field and mobilizing more people to the adventure of Missions. If you are familiar with the GlobalGrace website (www.globalgrace.org), you may have noticed that there are increasing numbers of special projects listed that invite people to give to them.  We are already on FaceBook, but coming soon, you will begin to see blogs written by our staff and missionaries as well as a podcast and a weekly online radio program.  We have much for which to be thankful.
