New Zealand Government Bond Tender Schedule - December 2022

The Treasury has announced details of the regular New Zealand Government Bond (NZGB) tender schedule for the month of December 2022. Formal confirmation of each tender occurs on announcement dates.

• Tenders will be governed by the official Operating Rules and Guidelines. The preference will be to fill tenders according to volumes announced in the tender schedule, to the extent possible.
• An inflation-indexed bond (IIB) tender is scheduled for 8 December 2022 subject to demand and market conditions. IIB tender details will be announced on the Wednesday prior to the Thursday tender and held alongside nominal bond tenders at 2pm.
• The update to the forecast core Crown borrowing programme will be published in conjunction with the Half Year Economic and Fiscal Update 2022 on 14 December 2022. The January 2023 tender schedule will be published at 8am (NZT) on 15 December 2022.
