Meeting of the GRADE Working Group
|
|
On the 10th and 11th of November, the biannual GRADE Working Group meeting was held remotely over Zoom. Members of both the JBI Adelaide GRADE centre and the Melbourne GRADE Centre attended this meeting with other key figures in the GRADE Working Group.
There were some excellent discussions and networking opportunities, as well as updates on the latest GRADE guidance from experts in the field. These meeting are free to attend for all members of the GRADE network and provide the chance to engage in international collaborations on GRADE related work. We strongly encourage GRADE members to attend these meetings. Recordings of the sessions are available.
Professor Gordon Guyatt provided an update on 'inconsistency' during the GRADE Working Group meeting, which was approved by the group. This update will be published in the Journal of Clinical Epidemiology soon.

A super successful World EBHC Day was held on the 20th of October, embracing the theme, 'Partnerships for Purpose'. It is important to reflect on the power of partnerships for methods development, and we appreciate all the contributions of our GRADE Centre members.
Have a read of this thought-provoking blog by the Director of the JBI Adelaide GRADE Centre, Assoc. Prof. Zachary Munn.
