Dr Amy Bradley and Dr Katherine Semler, authors of Running on Empty, were guests on LID Radio Podcast.

In their first episode they defined what burnout is and why we've seen such a sharp rise of people struggling with it since the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic: What's burnout and why is it so prevalent?

In the second episode, the duo shared healing practices that helped them and their co-contributors to navigate burnout, and shared why organisations should be playing a bigger role in helping employees on the verge or in burnout: What can individuals and organisations do about burnout?
