Hello all!

The Holly Bazaar is fast approaching — 8 days to go!

We will be bringing back a new version of a parish wide gathering on Sunday, December 4 — The Holly Bazaar Breakfast in the Common Room.

It will be a buffet breakfast featuring scrambled eggs, sausages, bagels, rolls, fruit, coffee, tea and hot cocoa.

During the breakfast we will also pull the raffle tickets for the baskets and 50/50.

The price is $10 per person.

Please confirm your coming with Judy Batashoff by Wednesday, November 30 so we can plan accordingly.

Have a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday all!

Best,
Stephanie

And here is a reminder about all the other things Holly Bazaar!

This year marks All Saints Episcopal Church’s 80th Annual Holly Bazaar and we hope you will join us once again.  Co-chaired by Stephanie Hornback and Megan Monfiston, the bazaar will be held on Saturday, December 3rd from 10 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on church grounds, both indoors and outdoors.  It will feature:

“Outdoor Vendor Village” – a festive, tented area in our parish/rectory driveway for all new merchandise vendors and our live trees and wreaths sale.

“Gingerbread Café” – Expanded for 2022!  In addition to the wonderful hot cocoa, tea and coffee and espresso-based drinks, this year’s café will sell homemade baked goods, an assortment of lunch items and other snacks and beverages.   Orders can be placed with the elves just inside the common room.

“Holly Shops at All Saints” – Located inside the Common Room, you can pick up a poinsettia for your table, shop our One-of-a-Kind crafts, find a new or gently used gift at Elsie’s Emporium or discover the perfect piece of “Estate Jewelry.”.  Our popular Kids’ Corner will return too with activities, holiday favorites and a shopping area priced just right for your littles.  Santa will also be there for pictures and handing out special gifts to all the young children in attendance.

“Frosty’s Lounge” – In the church yard, visitors will find an outdoor seating area with portable heaters to relax and enjoy their Gingerbread Café treats, a firepit to roast marshmallows and holiday music.

Many of you have started to ask how can you help.  Here's what we need to make sure this year's Bazaar is bigger and better than ever:

1.  Please donate empty large laundry detergent containers.  We will be spray painting them black, filling them with water and using them as weights for the tents.   We will need at least 40 of them.

2.  Make a Themed Raffle Basket.  Like last year, we are asking for themed baskets (minimum cost of $25).  Please have all baskets in by November 21, 2022.  If you need a basket or help wrapping, we will be able to help out with that on November 21.

3.  Prepare Individually Wrapped Baked Goods.  They are back and will be incorporated into the Gingerbread Café.  We need all our wonderful bakers to donate their delicious treats.

 4.  Be an Elf!  We need volunteers to help on the following days and times, including
November 20 – Ingathering and set-up of Common Room
December 2 – Final set-up and decoration of outdoor vendor village
                        December 3 – Holly Bazaar
