You can stay at one of our fully equipped private apartments in the middle of the nature.
Also you can choose how many days/week you’d like to stay and if you’d like your retreat to be a juice detox or with food. Both are possible!
Also if you’re living on the island or even visiting you can book private Yoga & Spiritual Healing classes with us. This is perfect for an individual, couples and small group of people.

When you perform a certain Yoga Asana or a stretch it takes at least half a minute for it to be effective.
In Ashtanga Yoga we breath in a particular way known as “Ujjay”. The proper way of performing Ujjay breath is to inhale and exhale for three seconds each.
This is where we realise the transformative power of “ASHTANGA YOGA” because in each Asana it demands the practioner to stay for minimum five Ujjay breaths and by doing so we reach that magic and transformative half minute.
This is not only allows the body to open up and become more flexible but it also bring the balance in between the two Positive and Negative forces known as “Prana & Apana”.
This will result in positive changes and deep healing on all four layers of the human structure that are spiritual, emotional, mental and physical.
