It's time to think about re-enrollment!
As we welcome our community back from Winter Break, we are entering our re-enrollment and priority enrollment period and invite you to secure your child's space at Gardner for the 2025-26 school year. It is important that we know your plans prior to making admissions decisions. Our sincere hope is that all current families will be returning in the fall; if a conversation regarding your re-enrollment decision would be helpful, please let us know.
Whether you are new or returning to Gardner, your questions and feedback on your experience are welcome! Click the link below to connect directly with Dave Provost, Director of Enrollment & Communications, to chat more about your plans for re-enrollment.

SNAPSHOTS FROM OUR CAMPUS
Why Gardner?
We know the choice for your child's education is one of the most important decisions you will make as a parent. We strive each day and in every context to provide a learning environment characterized by joy, curiosity, challenge, and exploration and a purposeful, child-centered program that provides authentic opportunity for unencumbered growth and learning. The relationships we aim to cultivate with students and families are a central element of our mission, and our goal is to maintain an environment based of mutual trust and collaborative partnership with families. Here are some of the snapshots of that unique learning environment that sets Gardner apart.

Priority Enrollment for Siblings

|
We love seeing big brothers and sisters show their siblings around our campus!
Now is the time to submit an application for a little sibling, or consider switching an older student, too.

Affording the Gardner School
|
|
|
We strive to keep Gardner accessible to all students and families who identify with our mission. To that end, nearly $300,000 in need-based financial aid was available for families in our community this year. We encourage any family to apply if they feel it can make a difference in their ability to enroll their children.
If your family has received tuition assistance for the 24-25 school year, you should have already received a reminder email to apply for the 25-26 school year. If you have any trouble accessing your account, please reach out to Director of Finance, Sheila FitzPatrick, for any questions.
If this is your first year applying for tuition assistance, you can find the application online here. Just one application per family is needed, and awards are communicated at the time contracts are sent.
New and returning families need to submit applications by February 1st, 2025.

January, 2025 : Tuition set for the 25-26 school year
The work of our Board of Trustees includes reviewing the upcoming year's budget and analyzing multiple factors to set the tuition for the year ahead. Typically, families at private schools can expect a yearly increase as the Board responds to increased costs of running the school.
February 1st, 2025 : Financial aid applications due
If your family is applying for financial aid, the application must be completed today for consideration by the Financial Aid Committee. Late applications may miss out on funding as it is often fully allocated after this date.
February 14th, 2025 : Re-Enrollment contracts sent to families
This year, re-enrollment contracts will be sent directly to families from our Business Office via email. If you don't see your family's email by this date, please check your spam folder and/or email Sheila FitzPatrick for more help.
February 28, 2025 : Contracts and deposits returned by today
This year, re-enrollment contracts will be sent directly to families from our Business Office via email. If you don't see your family's email by this date, please check your spam folder and email Sheila FitzPatrick for more help.
