Chanukah is almost here, and we are so excited to share with you the many programs and initiatives being offered in the community to celebrate the holiday with your family!
 
This a reminder to all that you can apply to host a Get Togethers with friends and be reimbursed up to US$100. How about an afternoon baking Chanukah cookies or sharing a winter afternoon with friends tobogganing and enjoying hot chocolate? Make sure you check these and other ideas!

• PJ Our Way kids have until the 10th of the month to log in and choose their next middle grade book or graphic novel.
   
• PJ Library has partnered with the Novel Effect app for an amazing interactive experience. Read the digital version of PJ Publishing’s brand-new Hanukkah book out loud, and the app responds on cue with music and sound effects to bring the story to life!
   
• In more terrific tech news, the PJ Library Presents storytelling podcasts are now available for kids to hear on the kid-safe audio-streaming Yoto Player device or the free Yoto app.
   
• There’s so much fun to be had on Hanukkah that it can be hard to even know where to begin. PJ Library’s Hanukkah Hub is a gift to us all, offering creative crafts, printable activities, delicious recipes, books, audio stories, holiday parenting insight, and more.
