What a year! The Crown Hill Heritage Foundation had one of its busiest and most successful years in its 40-year history. As you will read, we completed many preservation projects on our mausoleums and cemetery artwork, doubled our staff to provide expertise in the areas key to our mission, continued to care for the natural heritage of the cemetery, and, maybe most exciting of all, established the Crown Hill Arboretum. In addition to this, we sold out many of our in-person tours and hosted great crowds at our events, including Memorial Day, Arbor Day and Spirit of Freedom.

All of this happens because of YOU! As I look back on the last year, I offer my gratitude for your support and generosity that continues to make our mission possible. Our mission to preserve and celebrate Crown Hill Cemetery is thriving because of the support of our donors. As we look ahead, we have many exciting plans to ensure Crown Hill continues to be an invaluable asset for our community, city, state and nation.

Specifically, we will continue to move forward with our preservation efforts, focusing on our most endangered structures. We will be expanding our educational and community programming, offering new and exciting ways to interact and engage with the cemetery. We will also be working on many projects around the natural landscape of the cemetery. With all of this, we will be announcing a capital campaign that will provide the resources to address our most mission-critical needs.
