VOTE 4 KARMA STYLZ, PLEASE!

A4D’s Karma Stylz sets impossible goals and somehow reaches them. We met Karma when he first came to NYC from San Antonio, Texas to take a chance on the Big Apple. Karma’s path has not been typical - he’s not trained in jazz, ballet, or tap; but what may lack in technique, he makes up for in unparalleled determination! His specialty: Voguing.

We remember when Karma dreamed of being on FX’s Pose after seeing a casting call. Karma wrote a letter to producer/director Ryan Murphy (Glee, Scream Queens, American Horror Story) with all the reasons why he was perfect for the show. Not only did he book it, but in Season 2, the character Corey was created for him.

And when the COVID shutdown was in its final days, Karma performed in Times Square for a Curtain’s Up event promoting the return of Broadway. He caught the eye of Holly-Anne Devlin, who’s been a part of the creative teams for hit Broadway shows including Jersey Boys and Billy Crystal’s 700 Sundays. She got his contact info and then helped him create a routine for her Speakeasy burlesque show.

Karma pulled out all the stops adding fire, magic, props, and pole tricks to his performance. Speakeasy garnered lots of buzz with sold out shows every night. Next stop was to take it to Washington, DC. And that’s where Karma became a local star at The Sunset Room. Even Miss Jay from America’s Next Top Model came to watch.

Karma’s groundbreaking performance also caught the eye of critics and next thing, he found out he was nominated for Best Supporting Performer in a Musical for Broadway World’s Regional Awards. And now this underground Vogue performer’s name is listed in the same category with Broadway stars.

It’s another dream come true for Karma. And he’s asking the A4D Family to please take five minutes to vote for him. You can only vote once, so let’s help Karma reach another milestone!
