City Council Meeting (Including Reorganization) on
Tuesday, December 13th at 6pm
The meeting agenda includes:
  • Staff reports for each item
  • Login/call-in information
  • How to weigh in on the issues being discussed
The meeting on Tuesday, December 13th is anticipated to be on the shorter side. The agenda includes a Consent Calendar, in which a handful of items are typically moved and approved in one motion, and then a series of Regular Business items related to the City Council reorganization. Below are references to one of the Consent items (E4 - Willow Village) and the actions related to reorganization (F1 through F4).
E4Waive the second reading and adopt ordinances to 1) rezone the project site from R-MU-B and O-B to R-MU-B-X and O-B-X to include the “X” Conditional Development overlay, amend the City zoning map, and approve the conditional development permit and 2) adopt the development agreement for the proposed Willow Village masterplan project located at 1350-1390 Willow Road, 925-1098 Hamilton Avenue and 1005-1275 Hamilton Court, 1399 and 1401 Willow road, and 871-883 Hamilton Avenue.

At the December 6, 2022 City Council meeting, the City Council voted to approve the proposed Willow Village project. This item would complete the approval process of the land use entitlements for the masterplan portion of the project. Click here to read coverage in the Almanac of the City Council's approval.
City Council Reorganization Regular Business Items
The agenda items below represent the City Council reorganization portion of the meeting. Typically, the City Council spends quite a bit of time during this annual tradition to reassign various regional board and committee appointments. However, the Council will be waiting to do so (with the exception of the City Selection Committee in F4) until Councilmember Mueller's successor is selected and appointed (scheduled to take place on Wednesday, December 21st at 6pm at a special meeting).
Below is an additional item of interest:
Parkline (SRI) Project
Planning Commission Public Hearing on Monday, December 12th at 7pm
Parkline (SRI) project map

The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing for the Parkline (SRI) Environmental Impact Report (EIR) scoping session and a study session on Monday, December 12th at 7pm. The agenda and staff report for these item (H1 and I1) can be found here.
