Bruce Gibson and his two political sidekicks plan on selling out the Paso Robles Basin for water banking, closing multiple wedding venues at a detriment to the economy and resetting the redistricting lines.

With only a 13 vote spread, if seven ballots are successfully contested, Dr. Bruce Jones wins the race.

However, the Clerk Recorder has a history of denying every challenge, which means an attorney is needed to mount legal challenges during a recount.
