As we usher in the New Year, and before we all go on well-deserved winter holidays, we’d like to share some key updates with you: 

  • In the run-up to the International Day of Persons with Disabilities on December 3rd, the  COFACE Disability Platform released a policy brief to look at how children with disabilities are included in recent EU Social Policy Frameworks which you can read here
  • Last week, EU ministers adopted recommendations on early childhood and long-term care encouraging Member States to make these care sectors more accessible, affordable, and of quality.
