If you have experienced any form of discrimination or marginalization yourself, you likely know that financial barriers are one of the most powerful ways to exclude people from spaces of power.  

Whether it’s the cost of a post-secondary education, membership at an exclusive organization, or not having the financial support to take an unpaid internship, young people who have been marginalized are less likely to have access to the funds they need to build the skills or develop the network they need to fully participate in spaces like board rooms, halls of government, or corporate senior leadership teams.    

That’s why we need your help to keep Fora’s programs accessible to the young people who are otherwise excluded from opportunities to build these essential skills.  

With the help of Fora supporters like you, young changemakers participate in all of our core programming at no cost to them. They take everything they’ve learned and the connections they’ve built to influence change locally, nationally and even internationally. This investment in the leadership trajectory of one individual impacts countless more young women and people marginalized by their gender, by equipping them to act as leaders, advocating for themselves and their peers in the spaces where change is needed most.
