Club Sign Ups Start Sunday 12/11

The quarter 3 Wednesday club catalog is now on the TES website, under the Enrichment tab, for families to view. Wednesday clubs are offered every quarter and there is a sign-up process. Each club leader has set a minimum and maximum number of students they will accept for their club. Once the max number is met, that club will close and you will need to sign-up for a different club. We have two 2-hour clubs and many session 1 and session 2 clubs being offered.

Club sign-ups will open this Sunday, December 11th at 7PM and close on December 23rd.

Last Day to Donate Monday:
Staff Gifts and Favorites List

Many factors may contribute to making it more difficult to coordinate dropping off a token of appreciation to teachers during the season of giving this year. Families may be limiting shopping trips, thinking ahead in hours or days rather than weeks, or not gotten close to finishing that to do list. To help reduce the stress at least a small amount this year, TESCA is coordinating an optional school wide collection for teacher and staff holiday gifts.

TESCA will be collecting funds from November 28th - December 12th via PayPal and splitting the funds raised across all the TES teachers and staff. Any donation amount is appreciated. Gifts to teachers will be from TES Families as a whole community to honor that our TES teachers and staff have worked incredibly hard to make magic happen in this year. All teachers, administrators, and staff will receive a gift card.

Families may also give gifts directly to teachers or staff members, either in lieu of or in addition to a donation made through this activity.

Cocoa and Cider

Cocoa and Cider is coming up this Friday after school at Gold Park. Drop by until 4:30 and enjoy one last social before winter break!

TES Family Directory Repaired

After working with the TES website vendor, it was found multiple incorrect logins caused the lockout. There is a new user name and password in the image below. The login is case sensitive.

Remember to update or add your information to the TES Family Directory! For those new to the school directory, the directory is populated when families opt in. To opt in or view the page, please see the following logon information:

TESCA Facebook Group

Welcome and please join our Facebook group! This group is for parents / guardians, teachers, and staff of The Expedition School in Hillsborough, North Carolina. Our goal is to build a mutually supportive community. Families are invited to join after they have accepted a position at the school. You must answer all the questions (2) and agree to the Admin rules before joining.

If you missed a question, you’ll need to cancel your join request and then join again and answer all of the questions.
