Freight Transport, Distribution and Logistics

This sector is critical to the economy in the South East and employs over 8,500 people. The sector is trying to improve its image and attractiveness to new entrants. The range of training opportunities has expanded greatly. Further details here.

Mobility of Irish Graduates

59% of graduates of higher education in 2021 from the South East studied outside the region according to the HEAs Graduate Outcomes Survey. Furthermore 50% of SE graduates have found employment within the region. Further details here.

Employment Permits for Critical Skills
