We launched Triangle Blog Blog in March 2022. Since then, we’ve:

Spent more hours countering misinformation on NextDoor than we'd like to admit

Been mentioned (positively!) in several public meetings and several local publications (thank you!)

Published over 200 pieces on civic life in Chapel Hill and Carrboro -- covering housing, public meetings, and transportation; fact checking emails and social media posts, and writing about our towns’ histories and futures.
We’re proud of our work, and are looking forward to covering civic life in our towns in 2023. We expect to cover upcoming conversations in Chapel Hill around missing middle housing, both Chapel Hill and Carrboro talking about greenways, and the local election cycle.
We also hope to dive deeper into our past -- we’ve been collecting newspaper clippings and meeting minutes and ephemera that will give us some historical context on where we’ve been and how that’s shaped us.
