We wanted to first start this newsletter by thanking each and everyone of our subscribers! Our newsletter is officially ONE as of tomorrow, December 6th. From what was once just a short-term project to share our team's nutrition philosophy, this newsletter has grown into a safe reading space for those that want an anti-diet and all-foods-fit approach to nutrition. Thank you for subscribing!

As you enter finals, we encourage you to practice self-care, including getting adequate sleep, making time for meals, and moving your body for a little bit each day.

Now through December 21st, Habif Health & Wellness is offering Rapid Access Counseling Zoom Appointments. In this service, students are able to schedule a counseling session with a clinician as early as up to 16 hours prior to the next available appointment. More info can be found here.
