High School Musical Tickets On Sale Now

Performances December 11 at 3:00 PM, December 12th and 14th at 7:00 PM

Tickets are on sale now for the RESMS Musical Theater Program presentation of High School Musical!

You can use the QR code below to purchase tickets, or you can use this custom link to the general PTSA PayPal donation site.  To use the link, just enter the total amount owed for your tickets.  You can print your receipt and bring it to the show, and there will be a list of tickets purchased at the door.

Tickets will be available at the door as well- you can purchase using the QR code or cash. If you purchase ahead of time, each ticket is good for any one of the three performances.

Adults: $10
Youth: $5
RESMS Students: Free

Bake sale/concessions available before and during the shows.

Ski Bus Volunteers Needed

Now that we have had our meeting for registered students doing ski bus, it’s time to secure adult volunteers. We can’t do this program without your help. 

If we do not have enough chaperones and emergency drivers each week, we can’t proceed with that week. Please take a look at the roles HERE and sign up if you can.

Ravens Ultimate Fall Season Wraps up with Fun Playoffs!

The Ravens fielded three teams in the Seattle Public Schools fall Ultimate program: 6A, JV, and Varsity. We are thrilled to report that our JV and Varsity teams took first place in SPIRIT in their divisions, a true show of how our student athletes aren't just talented but they demonstrate responsibility, show fair-mindedness and are truthful.

COVID Boosters Available at RESMS


Neighborcare Health now has the updated COVID Boosters available for students.  They are working now to set the date for administering the shots.  To sign up, sign the COVID Booster Consent form:

Winter Sports:  Basketball Tryouts!


Girls and Boys Basketball tryouts are set for next week!
 Girls:
  • Tryouts are December 6th and 7th from 4:00 to 5:45
  • Practices will be on Mondays and Thursdsays, beginning on December 12.

Boys:
  • Tryouts are December 8th and 9th from 4:00-5:45
  • Practices will be on Tuesdays and Fridays, beginning on December 13.  

Make sure your student is fully registered, including a sports physical signed by a doctor.  All registration is done through FinalForms and the link is located on our Athletics Web page.  
 
We are also in need of a JV Boys basketball coach.  You can find the link to the Assistant Coaching application is on the SPS website.

Community Notices

ELEMENTAL Screening

Saturday, December 10, 6:00 PM, Ballard High School

You are invited to attend Ballard High School’s YMCA Earth Service Corps’ screening of ELEMENTAL at 6:30 followed by Q&A with Ralph Bloemers at 8:30.

All proceeds will go to the ELEMENTAL film and RE-Sources, a PNW non-profit of  environmental advocates, educators and scientists. Ballard High School students aim to make a stand against climate change, especially as we see the impacts of wildfires hurt our communities.

Ballard Basketball Winter Break Camps

At Ballard Boys and Girls Club

Sara Wetstone, Owner/Coach of Ballard Basketball, and Coach Kate will lead drills and games to improve your skills, decision-making and mindset.
Partial scholarships available by emailing Sara at ballardbasketballinfo@gmail.com.

  • Camp #1: Dec 19-21 from 9am-Noon for 4th-6th boys and girls
  • Camp #2; Dec 19-21 from Noon-3pm for 6th-8th girls only
  • Camp #3: Dec 26-28 from 9am-Noon for 4th-6th boys and girls
  • Camp #4: Dec 26-28 from Noon-3pm fro 6th-8th boys only
