Guest Khateeb: Imam Abdul Malik Mujahid
We're pleased to welcome Imam Abdul Malik Mujahid from Chicago. He will be leading the Friday Prayer at 12.40 pm this week, Insha Allah.
Imam Mujahid is the President of Sound Vision, a Muslim media and outreach organization that runs Muslim Network broadcasting on satellite 24/7 covering the USA, Canada, and Mexico, as well as on streaming services.
As the founder of the human rights organization Justice For All, he leads efforts to stop genocide such as the Save Uyghur campaign, Save India from Fascism, Burma Task Force, and Kashmir Action campaigns. Imam Mujahid has been selected eight times as one of the 500 most influential Muslims in the world. The list is developed in cooperation with Georgetown University in the United States.
He is the former Chairperson of the Council of Islamic Organizations of Greater Chicago. The Council is a federation of mosques serving 400,000 Muslims in greater Chicago. Imam Mujahid is also Chair Emeritus of the Parliament of the World's Religions.

Starting this Monday, KMA Al-Madinah School will be moving to Earl of March Secondary School (4 The Pkwy, Kanata, ON K2K 1Y4). We thank the administration and staff of All Saints High School for hosting us for the past 9 years. KMA Al-Madinah School offers instruction in Tajweed and Qur'an Memorization.
