Here at Public Radio Tulsa, we love a full circle moment — when a story you heard in the morning comes up in conversation...when a lesson you learned on NPR becomes applicable to your life...when the station you grew up listening to in your folks' car becomes the number one station on your own car radio.
I'm coming full-circle: from listener to member!
This is how the story goes for John Edwards, who first started listening to Public Radio Tulsa in the backseat of his mother’s car when he was five years old.

Now, John has three children of his own
who listen to Morning Edition with him as he drives them to school. And when John made his first donation to Public Radio Tulsa this fall, his kids were the reason why.
“I was just thinking to myself that we need to preserve NPR for their generation. That's really the impetus behind it — to make sure that it's still around whenever they're driving their kids to school.”
John describes NPR as a “voice of reason in this partisan world.”

Preserve nonpartisan news and reporting. Show your support HERE, and ensure that the station you love can continue for generations to come.
Thanks,

Julianne Tran, Development Associate
